"This place has been going for years. I was there about 25 years ago before going back in 2014.
It still has good music and good beers."

"Visited recently to watch a favourite band of ours (Dreadzone). Great, small intimate venue. There seemed to be plenty of diverse entertainment on offer at the Brewery which also houses a cinema, a restaurant and a bar. Excellent night out."

"These guys seem to be making a go of supplying a steady stream of diverse arts and entertainment offerings. The night we were there, they had 3 different things going on and the lobby and cafe were bustling. We attended a reading with 5 poets -- and they were all paid to perform, unlike the usual "do it for free, it's good exposure" routine. Their website has a comprehensive calendar, and you're pretty sure to find something of interest."

"Kendal is fortunate to have this eclectic and convenient social venue. There really is something for everyone here. Film buffs have 3 regular screens showing all the latest blockbusters, whilst, at the Warehouse, you can see cult classics and some of the less mainstream offerings, all in armchair comfort. There are also regular gigs in the Malt Room, a theatre, 2 bars and an excellent quality restaurant."

"The Brewery Arts Centre offers a complete complex of diverse entertainments. Multi screen cinema, two theatres and a choice of cafes and bars; all on a single complex of incredibly character that rises up the hillside near the cente of Kendal. WiFi also available.
Fun and character-filled. Visit it and see!"

"Travelled down on a wild stormy night and found a refuge that was warm and welcoming. Seats comfortable, viewing position very good, we were at the rear side area, and sound spot on. Ideal auditorium for the gig by Marcus Brigstocke, who was very very funny!"
